After becoming the first team in NBBL history to go undefeated, the Toronto 3D announce theyre plans to participate in the 2014-15 IBA Professional Basketball League Season. The Toronto based program aims to give exposure to elite athletes in and around the Toronto area. The addition of the the IBA schedule to their teams regime will allow players to continue to develop their skills at an elite level throughout the winter months, giving the program a year round schedule thats among the best in the Toronto area for athletes looking to further their careers at a professional level. The IBA Independant Basketball Association is a FIBA quality Professional Basketball league, with region-based organizations that lead towards cost-effective travel and affordable operating expenses. The IBA stretches across 18 cities in the USA & Canada and provides a platform for players to gain exposure and development. The Toronto 3D will play their first official professional game November 21st and 22nd, as the Toronto 3D will be traveling to Albany, NY to play against a historically well-known team that has been around for many years: Schenectady Legends (formally known as Albany). The St.Louis Trotters brought home the Spring IBA Championship last weekend. In the semi-finals the Trotters took on the #1 seed and undefeated Kenosha Ballers (10-0). The Trotters came away with a close victory 89 to 86 on the Ballers home court as they hosted the playoffs. The Trotters came away with a close victory 89 to 86 on the Ballers home court as they hosted the playoffs. The Trotters was led by Lonnell Johnson with 24pts Nico Reed with 18pts and Cordell Hadnot (6'7''-F, college: Xavier, LA) 16. In the finals the Trotters took on the Windy City Blazers. This was a hard fought game for the Trotters. The Trotters was down for most of the game. Down as much as 12 points with 4 minutes left in the game. The Trotters rallied back into the game. Down 3 with .49 sec left, Milan Pepper (6'3''-G-80, college: Harris-Stowe St.) hit a 3 pointer in the corner to tie the game 107 to 107. The game went into overtime. In overtime the Trotters pulled away from the Blazers with a 16 to 9 run to finish the game with a 123 to 116 victory. Kenosha Ballers keep the perfect record in 2017 season as they improved to an 8-0 record. In the top game of the round they beat Milwaukee Falcons 115-102. Milwaukee Falcons is second with a 5-2 record.
Memphis Blues and Windy city Blazers have the same 4-3 records to share the third place. Memphis Blues overcame Peoria Panthers 125-100. Windy city Blazers meanwhile lost to Milwaukee Falcons 110-120. [read more]

Milwaukee entered the league playoffs as the top seed. They easily defeated the Illinois Hoopville Warriors in the semifinal 115-91 on Saturday.
The host Ballers eliminated their long-time rival St. Louis Trotters 119-99 with Thomas Cobbs (6'4''-G) scoring 31 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two steals. League MVP Devron Bostick (6'5''-G-88, college: Minnesota) added 20 points, 13 rebounds and three assists. Nicholas Reed (6'3''-F, college: Forest Park CC) led the Trotters with 25 points while grabbing 12 rebounds in a losing effort.
That set up a championship game between the top two teams of the fall season. Kenosha took command in the opening quarter by outscoring the Falcons 34-15. The teams played even throughout the rest of the game with the Ballers winning 117-98.
Cobbs again led the way for Kenosha with 31 points, 18 rebounds, four assists and three steals. Bostick would pour in 30 points of his own while pulling down seven rebounds.
