Fort Mill, SC - Lewis Sims (6'8''-F/C-73, college: New Orleans) scored 37 points while Chris Moore (6'2''-G-86, college: Charleston So.) and Terell Smith added 26 each to help the PrimeTime Players overcome a streaking 3-0 Fort Gordon Eagles team with a 139-114 victory Saturday night.James Dillard (6'7''-C-87, college: Johnson C. Smith) III along with Brian Mobley and Danny Sanders (6'7''-F-89, college: Jarvis Christian) added double figures as the PrimeTime Players won their 5th straight regular-season home opener at Banks Street in Fort Mill SC. Pierre Stines (6'9''-F/C) changed numerous shots and also finished with 4 blocked shots to go along with 4 steals and established himself as the defensive leader of the team and was a huge factor in the 3rd quarter surge that put the game out of reach. Victor Street combining with Jaime Vaughn (6'1''-G, college: Wingate) at the PG position where both did a great job managing the offensive end for the full 48 minutes managing 12 assists and only 4 turnover.
The PrimeTime Players hit 17 3-pointers, but for the first time in team history the visiting team was able to make more from behind the three point stripe as Fort Gordon where able to knock down 18 3-pointers. Fort Gordon Sharpe Shooter Matthew Todd led the way hitting 12 of 13 from behind the 3pt line.
Newcomer AJ Miller scored 20 points and 2015 All-Stars Michael Fryer (6'3''-G-84, college: Cheyney) and Cole Lewis (6'1''-F-91, college: Viterbo) added 17 and 16 for the visiting Eagles while leading scorer Matthew Todd added 10 rebounds and Cole Lewis added 9.
The PrimeTime Players opened up an 12-point lead in the first quarter and also in the 2ND before Todd helped lead Fort Gordon back. He scored 14 points in the quarter as the Eagles closed to within 55-53 with two straight possessions to take the lead. After a quick basket from Chris Moore (6'2''-G-86, college: Charleston So.), a driving Dunk by Lewis Sims (6'8''-F/C-73, college: New Orleans), then a three point basket at the buzzer, PrimeTime was able to take a 62-55 lead into halftime.
The second half started with James Dillard and Brian Mobley taking turns scoring from the inside combining for 15pts in the quarter. Midway through the quarter Pierre Stines (6'9''-F/C) entered the game and immediately made a defensive impact with three blocks in the quarter and also made numerous defensive plays that led to transition baskets for PrimeTime as they out scored Fort Gordon 44-26 in the quarter as they took a 106-81 lead after three quarters.
The fourth quarter both teams traded baskets throughout the quarter with Fort Gordon's Todd hitting 5 of his team high 12 three pointers in the quarter and Danny Sanders tried to match him by adding 4 of his own.

PrimeTime Runs Past Showtime - 11 days ago
The PrimeTime Players welcomed ECBL Southern Conference travel team Carolina Showtime to Banks Street Gym this Saturday as they got their shot at trying to take down the two-time defending champions. Showtime came out strong for the opening eight minutes of the first quarter with Quinton Floyd and Justice Oliver combining for 20 first quarter points as Showtme trailed 29-26 at the four minute mark. The Florence Wildcats semi-pro basketball team won their second game in row on the road against Charlotte Bulls 101-90 on Saturday afternoon. In a turn of events that turned to be a great addition coach John Galbreath was added as a player to this weeks roster. The team was led by assistant, William McCoy. The PrimeTime Players hosted the High Point Hawks the past Saturday in a battle of two division leaders in Rock Hill, SC at York Prep Academy.
