Southwest Flight are 2016 EBL regular season champions and will lock up the #1 seed in the postseason. They The finish the regular season with a perfect 15-0 record. In one of the top games they won 186-100 over Twin Lakers. In that game Bobby Johnson (6'5''-G/F) and Kelsey Alexander (5'10''-G-88) top-scored for the winners with 35 points each. Keith Thomas netted 30 and Courtney Rhodes(6'5''-F, college: S.Arkansas) collected 28 points and 11 rebounds.   [read more]
Bobby Johnson scores 43 points in a Southwest Flight win - 2 months ago

Southwest Flight improved to an 8-0 record in EBL. In the last game the team overcame Grizzlies 123-98. Bobby Johnson (6'5''-G/F) was named Player of the week earlier as he nailed 43 points. Jerame McNeal was named meanwhile the Player of this week with 31 points in his first game back after being cleared from injury. In another games Elite outscored Twin Lakers 117-92 and DeltaStorm beat Bears 119-107.   [read more]
Arkansas Elite clinch the title - 8 months ago

Arkansas Elite celebrated the EBL title. They overcame the Southwest Flight in the championship series. The teams went all the distance to decide on the winners. Arkansas Elite claimed a 127:122 victory in Game 1. The Flight bounced back with a 117:116 win in Game 2. But the Elite went on to clinch a 126:122 victory in the decisive third game of the series and secured the trophy. Bobby Johnson(6'5''-G/F) was named the MVP. He was averaging over 50 ppg during the playoffs.   [read more]
