Frisco, TX Nov. 5, 2012 -- The Texas Legends acquired guard Solomon Bozeman (6'1''-G-87, college: UALR) in exchange for forward Anthony Vereen (6'7''-F-86, college: Texas Arlington), the team announced Monday.
Bozeman (6'1", 175) was selected in the sixth round of the NBA D-League Draft with the 86th overall pick. Bozeman spent part of the 2011 - 2012 season with the Austin Toros averaging 8 points and 3 assists. The Gaurd, from Magnolia, Arkansas spent two season at South Florida and two seasons at Arkansas-Little Rock.

Vereen was the Legends only player to appear in all 50 games last season. He averaged 9.7 points and 4.2 rebounds during the 2011-2012 season.

Texas will open the 2012 - 2013 season against the 66ers on Friday, November 23rd in Tulsa at the SpirtBank Event Center.
