AJ Basi
Newcastle Eagles Esh Group (BBL) strengthened their roster with addition of Canadian point guard AJ Basi (180-79kg). Basi just graduated from Manitoba. He has played there for the last six years. In 28 games he recorded 14.5ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.8apg and 1.8spg last season. Basi helped them to make it to the final.
Of course it will be his first season in professional basketball.

After a tough start to the season, the Memorial Sea-Hawks notched their first win against the StFX X-Men with an 80-76 victory Sunday afternoon in what featured a great competition.
