Windsor Express strengthened their roster with addition of 28-year old Croatian-Canadian center Ljubisa Vrcelj (210-116kg-84, college: Jacksonville). He played most recently at Perak Farmcochem in Malaysian NBL league. Vrcelj also spent pre-season at CRA Hoceima in Moroccan D1 that year.
His team made it to the A-Sun Tournament Semifinals in 2005.
Vrcelj received also Bahrain league Center of the Year award in 2011.
He is a very experienced player. Vrcelj has played also professionally in Cyprus (Achilleas), Denmark (SISU Copenhagen), Bahrain (Bahrain Club), IBA (Battle Creek Knights) and UBA (Austin Knights).
He attended Jacksonville University until 2007 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.

Orangeville A's (NBL Canada) agreed terms with 26-year old Canadian guard Nicholas Wiggins (198-87kg-91, college: Wichita State). He was supposed to play at Rabotnicki in FYR Macedonian Prva Liga, but left the team in Dec.'16. In 8 games he had 10.1ppg, 4.5rpg and 1.0apg this season. KK Mornar Basket Bar (Erste Liga) added to their roster experienced 34-year old Canadian ex-international point guard Jermaine Anderson (188-83, college: Fordham). He started the season at Chalons-Reims in French ProA. In 12 games he recorded 3.4ppg, 1.8rpg and 3.9apg this season.
