"The ABA is extremely excited to have a sister league, the newly-formed WABA under the leadership of Marsha Blount , WABA CEO. Marsha's ABA team, the Jersey Express, is the oldest team in the ABA and one of the best managed and she is also on the ABA Executive Committee and a Division Chairman. It is no surprise that she has been able to achieve what several others have not been able to achieve in developing the WABA. We know it will be successful this season and will grow rapidly in years to come." stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO.
Jacqueline Waters, who brings more than 15 years of experience in operations, marketing and public relations, has been appointed Director of Marketing and Team Development of the WABA.
The WABA is the Sister League to the Historic ABA, the largest professional sports league in the world. There are many markets available throughout the Country, and we have made it easy to own and operate a WABA team. Market Reservation information for the 2018 season, is now available for download @
