The American Basketball Association (ABA) today released its Power Rankings for the week ending Sunday, November 20th and the Orlando Waves moved into the number one position with a victory over the strong South Florida Gold team. The Arizona Scorpions moved into the #2 position followed closely by last week's #1 rated DMV Warriors. "We have some very talented teams in the ABA this season," stated ABA co-founder Joe Newman , "And I anticipate there will be a battle every week for the #1 spot."

The Seattle Mountaineers have signed Quayshun Hawkins (6'1''-PG) pou from Benedict College-SC for the 2018-19 ABA season. Quayshun was selected to the 2017 Boxtorow 1st Team, NCAA Division 2 All American team. Quay averaged 18 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds per game during the 2016-2017 season.
