The defending ABA Jacksonville Giants moved back into the #1 position in the ABA Power Rankings following a loss by the Arizona Scorpions to the Los Angeles SLAM in a nationally-televised game on Saturday on UBC-TV (www.ubctvnetwork.com ). "This is shaping up to be a great season; we have some very good teas in the top 15-20, all of which are capable of winning the ABA Championship this season," stated Joe Newman , ABA CEO. "January and February should be very interesting as several of these top teams play one another."
