ABA Power Ranked Phenix City Bombers needed 51 minutes to beat the visiting team the Georgia Gwizzlies on Saturday 17. The game which had the makings of classic, was not decided until final 11 seconds in the overtime. Cornelius Thomas and David Thomas led the Bombers, with 26 and 20 pts, respectively. Gwizzlies All-star candidate Rashad Faust (6'8''-F-87), in spite of being triple teamed the entire second half had a subpar 56 points. Webb Dunnell (6'6''-G-89, agency: Ronsport, college: San Diego CC) also had a quiet night with 35 points.
